The High Tech Partnership Project
The Virginia High-Tech Partnership (VHTP) was an educational consortium that links students from Virginia's five Historically Black Colleges and Universities with corporations, high-tech firms and government agencies for internships, summer positions and career opportunities.The High-Tech Partnership Program plans on expanding on this idea and bringing it to the social web. The aim is to provide online tools necessary to carry on this vision by connecting students with mentors and jobs.
