Enhancement: End-user product request through iManage

End-users using iManage can request add-ons (e.g., BlackBerry, ActiveSync, OCS, etc.) or service deactivations directly from the iManage welcome page. Account administrators then receive these requests via both email as well as a notification on their Welcome page. Administrators can either accept or reject these requests thus activating/deactivating items as appropriate.
